If you have a complaint, please contact Pluto first at help@plutocard.io or through the support channels listed on our Complaints page. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 15 business days. If additional time is needed for a complex complaint, we will inform you of the reason for the delay and the expected resolution timeframe. Complaints are handled free of charge. If your complaint remains unresolved, you may escalate it to NymCard and then to Sanadak.
